Lead Pastor - Brian Grey

Brian graduated from high school in Wichita, KS in 1981, moved to Springfield, MO to attend Baptist Bible College, surrendering his life to full-time ministry. It was there that he met his wife Renee, whil traveling in a school singing group. They were married in 1984 and Brian graduated from Baptist Bible College in 1986.

 He served as a youth minister in both Denver, CO and Abilene, TX before joining the staff of Park Crest Baptist Church in Springfield, MO where he served as executive pastor for 15 years. He was called to be the pastor of Harmony in August of 2006.

Brian and Renee keep busy with their 4 boys, Jason, Brandon, Kyle, & Derek (2 college grad & 2 in college). Brian always enjoys playing basketball, golf, racquetball, and watching ESPN.

Pastor of Spiritual Formation - Larry Nelson

Born and raised in West TX, Larry finished high school at Odessa Permian in 1985 where he met his wife, Gayla.  Larry and Gayla were married in June of 1987.  

While attending Texas Tech University as a pre-law major, Larry felt God leading him to ministry.  Larry and Gayla relocated to Springfield, MO, where he attended Baptist Bible College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Ministry/Theology in 1993.  Larry then attended Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas where he earned a Masters in Biblical Studies in 1996. In the ensuing 21-years Larry has served in four area churches in a variety of roles, but primarily as the Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Pantego Bible Church, the lead planter and pastor of New Song Community Church, the weekend pastor at Fielder Road Baptist Church, and most recently as the Lead Planter and Pastor of Element Church.

 Larry and Gayla are the proud parents of four kids of their own ~ three daughters, one son by birth and now one by marriage; Chelsea, Lauren and Brad, Madelyn, and Seth.

Worship Pastor - Doyle Sullivan

Doyle was born in Santa Anna, Ca and grew up in Miami. He attended Howard Payne University until 1985, when he moved to Lewisville, TX to begin his music ministry at Fox Avenue Baptist Church, where he served for 18 years, leading him to over 30 years of bi-vocational experience in the ministry.  He seeks to bring a worship experience that is Christ-centered, spirit-led, and strives to lead worshippers to the transforming power of Christ through praise and worship. His full-time job is as a bug analyst at Teladoc in Lewisville. 

He enjoys spending time his family and beautiful wife Gayla, completing projects around the home, golfing, and traveling.  He is a big fan of Texas Rangers baseball. He and Gayla have five children – Lynsie, Cierra, Kaley, Zachary and Ashlea, and a dog named Dakota.

Student Director - Bradley Johnson

Bradley was born and raised in Arlington, TX, where he graduated from Arlington High School. Bradley attended college at Dallas Baptist University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications with a minor in Religion. Bradley has been married to his sweet wife Lauren since August of 2015.  She currently works as a graphic designer for Southwestern Theological Seminary where Bradley is currently working on his Masters of Theological Studies.

Bradley and his wife Lauren love spending time together with family and friends and especially over great coffee! Their desire in ministry is to fulfill the great commission by making disciples and sending them out to impact the community.

KidStreet Director - Stephanie Iverson

Stephanie was born right here in Arlington, TX. She graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1986. She met her husband Todd, at church, they were married in 1988. After getting married her and her husband They worked in the junior high department for several years. In 1994 they brought their family to Harmony Baptist Church. Since then she has worked in the children’s department in one capacity or another.

She began working for the Arlington Independent School District in 2004 where she spent 5 years in kindergarten and 8 years in the alternate curriculum department.

She has been a teacher in Kidstreet for many years. Working with children has always been a big part of her life and what she feels God has called her to do.

Stephanie and Todd have two beautiful daughters, Christa & Becka, five dogs, a cat, fish, and a mod-podge of rescue animals. Crocheting is a favorite pastime for Stephanie, but spending time with family and friends is cherished the most.
